Meet our Lean Manufacturing Consultants
People Centric. Every one of our team share a passion for engaging people in driving improvement and making a real difference with their work. We thrive on those light bulb moments for people when they ‘get it’.
Alignment. Our consultants are recruited via a strict evaluation process, which measures personal values, skills, knowledge, character and behaviours. The calibre of our people and our approach are the key to our success, hence the reason for such an emphasis on their alignment.
|
Learners. To be part of the team our consultants are expected to commit to a journey of learning and personal development. This includes a full day of hands on learning with the team every 6 weeks, plus on site development utilising our Achieving Excellence Model. We are always one step ahead of the competition with our commitment to learning the latest industry techniques.
Teamwork. Our team also work together on site to ensure our clients receive the best possible service. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do, therefore we have no Prima Donna’s as consultants.
