The Value Stream and Process Mapping Training Course has been designed for individuals with responsibility for process improvement and increasing factory performance. As a result of 2 days training you will learn the significance of identifying the Value Streams in your own business and the importance your customers have in this process. In addition, you will understand how to map your current and future state using tools and techniques that will improve both business performance and processes.
